EXPECTATIONS

The library information centre provides an area for quiet study.  Please go to the cafeteria to socialize.


CLASSROOM:

The teaching section of the library is used for   instruction.  When this area is not reserved for a class, it is available to any student.

CARRELS:

Study carrels are always available for silent      individual study and research.


COMPUTERS:

Computers are to be used for school-related work only.  Students must trade their photo ID's for a computer number and be in good standing with the library in order to use a computer (no fines or overdues owing).  Personal e-mail and chat lines are not allowed.

OTHER:

No food, drink (other than water), hats, glue, scissors, walkmans/discmans or cell phones are permitted.


The library is the only area in the school specifically for quiet study and we strive to maintain this productive work environment.



Using the information centre is a privilege that may be LOST due to inappropriate behaviour.
